from Tim Spooner’s Progress In Work III (more info), rubble, dirt and debris is being processed into 2D pieces (top), and into 3D sculptures too. The bottom image shows a trike with a microscopic camera mounted to it, which projects video of the dirt, and latter, sculptures on the glass above.

Reena Makwana working on the first bits of embroidery from people’s stories of Deptford, her piece is set to grow over the weekend and the finished thing be presented at the project close, Sunday 7th, 7-11pm (more info)

the launch of Progress In Work III featured a live projection from one of Tim Spooner’s tiny debris sculptures, rubber stamp making with Stephen Fowler, working towards a daily publication series documenting the project itself, and drawing and writing stories of Deptford for Reena Makwana’s embroideries-to-be. More work (and documentation of) appearing all day today and tomorrow, and closing 7-11 sunday night. Come down if you’re local!
